This site serves the purpose of providing current central systems information to our customers. It also allows providers interactive update capability.

An archive is available of all Advisories and Events for the last 92 to 122 days.

ITS Advisory information is also available at (805)756-7000 (67000).

When: Sunday 6/22/08 at 5am
Expected uptime: All up by 2pm
Resolution or work-around: All campus DNS and Co-Lo servers will be unaffected by outage.

When: From Sun, 6-22-08 5:00 am until Sun, 6-22-08 at 2:00 pm

PolyDataSymptom/Description: PolyCard ISO/barcode data not available in PolyData. Service Delivery Applications impacted include (but not limited to) Library and Health Center. ** UPDATE - Data has been refreshed and is now available **

Root cause: Due to network connectivity issues, we were unable to successfully pull source data from PolyCard system. This resulted in no data available during the regular build cycle last night.
